The following Quick Guide provides information for alcoholic beverage licensees of Taverns in the District of Columbia.

The following is a list of District ABC licensees approved to extend hours for the 2018 Labor Day holiday weekend. Licensees registered for the program may participate in extended hours from Friday evening, August 31, through Monday morning, September 3. Alcohol service must end by 4 a.m.

The following Quick Guide provides information for alcoholic beverage licensees on amending or terminating Settlement Agreements.

Complete the form below to apply for a change of officers, directors, partners, general partner, member or managing member to an ABC license. 

ABC licensed retailers are required to obtain a permit to legally import and transport alcoholic beverages into DC. Permits are restricted for products that cannot be obtained in a sufficient quantity from an ABC-licensed manufacturer or wholesaler.

Persons may apply for a Temporary License to sell, serve, and allow the consumption of alcohol at indoor and outdoor events, such as weddings, bazaars, and fundraisers, for up to four (4) consecutive days. 

The ABC Board meets every Wednesday except when in recess. The attached calendar details meeting dates and office closures.
