On March 3, 2021, the ABC Board announced the open period for submission of Letter of Intent Forms to submit for available medical cannabis facility registrations in the District. The open period begins at 9 a.m. on March 22 and closes at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
Available registrations include:
- Two (2) testing laboratories. Ward 5 is not an eligible location due to the statutory combined limit for cultivation centers and testing laboratories having been reached.
- One (1) dispensary for either Wards 3 or 5.
- Two (2) cultivation centers. Ward 5 is not an eligible location due to the statutory combined limit for cultivation centers and testing laboratories having been reached.
This information session will focus on providing persons potentially interested in opening a medical cannabis facility general guidance on the Letter of Intent period and process and provide participants the opportunity to ask questions.
