Overview

Permits the same-day delivery of alcohol to consumers in the District by delivery companies on behalf of alcohol-licensed retailers and manufacturers. 

DC residents who are 21 years of age or older who wish to register in the District's medical cannabis program must submit an Adult Medical Cannabis Patient Application. 

Alcohol licensees that close or cease operations for 21 or more days are required to submit an additional application to permit them to surrender their license to the ABC Board for safekeeping.
