The proposed rules were approved by the ABC Board on August 10, 2022, by a vote of five (5) to zero (0). The proposed rules will be transmitted to the D.C. Council for a ninety (90) day review period and will become effective in not less than thirty (30) days from publication in the D.C. Register or upon approval by the Council. If the Council does not approve or disapprove within the sixty (60) day review period, the proposed rules will be deemed disapproved.
