The deadline for all nightclub and tavern alcoholic beverage licensees to renew their On-Premises Retailer Class C/D license is Monday, September 30, 2019.
All renewal packets mailed mid August 2019 to the licensee’s address on file with ABRA.
Licenses not renewed by the deadline will be subject to a late fee of $50 per business day, starting on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, not to exceed the cost of the license, AND potential cancellation.
License renewals must be done in person at ABRA's office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4 pm, and can be done any time before the renewal deadline. All renewed licenses are valid up to three years and expire on September 30, 2022. Licensees have the option of paying fees annually or for multiple years.
