The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) will conduct a hearing at 11 am on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 to receive public comment on Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3B and the Glover Park Citizens' Association's proposal to modify and extend the Glover Park Moratorium Zone. The petition can be reviewed online.
In order to evaluate and receive public comment on the petition, the Board extended the moratorium in its current form until May 3, 2016. It was previously set to expire on February 22, 2016. Details can be reviewed in the Board's Notice of Emergency and Proposed Rulemaking.
Members of the public that want to comment on the petition at the hearing should contact ABRA General Counsel Martha Jenkins by 4 pm on Monday, March 28, 2016. Provide the full name, title, and organization, if applicable, of the person(s) testifying.

Those providing input should bring nine copies of their testimony to the hearing. Testimony may be limited to five minutes in order to allow every person an opportunity to be heard.
Members of the public that are unable to testify in person can submit written statements to the Board until 4 pm on Friday, April 8, 2016.
