ABRA will start accepting applications for two (2) available medical cannabis testing laboratory registrations at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 9, 2023. The last day of the open application period to file a testing laboratory registration application will be announced in a future written notice published in the DC Register.

Please note that the medical cannabis testing laboratory application process is a competitive process. Applications that are submitted during the open application period will be evaluated and scored by a selection committee.

Applicants are no longer required to file a written letter of intent with ABRA to be eligible to file a testing laboratory application during the open application period.
