ABC-licensed caterers in DC are required to submit semiannual reports that detail the sales and expenditures for both alcoholic beverages and food.
Reports are due on the following dates:
- July 30 | January-June
- January 30 | July – December
Licensees must submit a report regardless of the amount of sales or expenditures, including during the period of time concurrent with the public health emergency.
