On October 5, 2022, the Board voted, six (6) to zero (0), to adopt the rules. These rules supersede those adopted by the Board on June 8, 2022, and shall remain in effect for no longer than one hundred twenty (120) days from its effective date; expiring on February 2, 2023, unless superseded.
