Effective July 12, ABRA’s physical office is open to the public including walk-ins. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The afterhours complaint line is responded to 7:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m., daily.
A secure drop box is also available directly outside our office entrance.

ABC Board Hearings
All ABC Board meetings are being conducted virtually. The weekly agenda and live stream information are published online.
Protests and Mediations
All protests and mediations are being conducted virtually. All parties will be contacted with the agenda and call-in instructions.
Applications and payments may be submitted by mail or placed in ABRA’s Self-Service Kiosk and Payment Dropbox located immediately outside our office doors.
Notice of Public Hearings
The public comment period has been extended by 21 calendar days. As such, the public comment period is now 66 days instead of 45 days.
Requests will continue to be fulfilled as quickly as possible but the COVID-19 Response Act relieves DC agencies from having to fulfill requests within 15 business days.
There have been no changes to enforcement. ABRA’s investigators will continue to respond to complaints reported to the afterhours hotline, online, and by email daily from 7 pm to 4 am.
