The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) will conduct a public hearing at 9:30 am on Thursday, November 13 to receive public comment on proposed rules that would make procedural and administrative changes to Title 23 of the DC Municipal Regulations:
- Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Technical Amendment
- Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Administrative and Procedural Amendment to Chapter 16

Witnesses are encouraged to pre-file testimony by email ahead of the hearing and are required to bring seven copies of their written testimony to the hearing. Testimony may be limited to five minutes in order to permit each person an opportunity to be heard.
If you are unable to testify in person and wish to comment, you may provide written statements, which will be made a part of the official record. Copies of written statements must be submitted no later than 4 pm on Friday, November 21.Include the full name, title, and organization, if applicable, of the person(s) testifying in your correspondence.
