Alcohol licensed caterers are required to file statement twice a year detailing food and alcohol sales and expenditures for the previous six months, regardless if either amount totals zero.

Annual filing deadlines are:
- July 30 | January 1-June 30 *
- January 30 | July 1-December 31*
*Due dates falling on weekends or District Government or federal holidays carryover to the next business day.
