Below is an interactive map and a list of District ABC licensees approved to extend hours for the 2019 Emancipation Day holiday. Licensees registered for the program may participate in extended hours from Monday evening, April 15, through Tuesday morning, April 16. Alcohol service must end by 4 a.m. each morning, concluding Monday morning, unless an enrolled establishment is required by the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) to close earlier.
