Tavern and nightclub licensees that pay for licenses on an annual basis are due to make payments by Monday, October 2, 2017. This includes licenses of the following classes:

• Class C and D tavern licenses (C/T and D/T) 
• Class C and D nightclub licenses (C/N and D/N)

Licensees should check their mail for payment notices, which ABRA mailed to a licensee's mailing address on file on Friday, August 18, 2017. Payment may be made by check or credit card.

A late fee of $50 per day will be assessed for any late payments beginning Tuesday, October 3, 2017. Late fees may not exceed the cost of the license.
