The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (Board) is continuing to accept public comment on proposed rules that would make procedural and administrative changes to Title 23 of the DC Municipal Regulations:
- Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Technical Amendment
- Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Administrative and Procedural Amendment to Chapter 16

Public comment should be submitted to Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration General Counsel Martha Jenkins no later than 4 pm on Monday, January 26. Include the full name, title, and organization, if applicable, of the person(s) testifying inthe correspondence. Copies may be submitted by:
