ABC Regulations and Codes   ABC regulations and codes are the laws that govern ABC establishments in the District of Columbia, and are contained in D.C. Official Code Title 25 and D.C. Municipal Code Title 23. In October 2008, the ABC Board passed the Omnibus Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Act of 2008, which adds to and modifies portions of the official regulations and codes.
