Enrollment Forms
 Below you will find the materials necessary to enroll your child in the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) for the 2013‐2014 school year. Please carefully review all the enclosed materials. Complete and return all forms to your child’s current or new school as soon as possible to secure your child’s spot at his/her school.
Families of special education students who receive funds from DCPS to attend non-public schools may return their forms in person either to the Office of Special Education (1200 First St. NE, 9th floor) or to their non-public school. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s school directly or the Critical Response Team at 202.478.5738.
Important Enrollment Dates
- April 1: Enrollment begins
- May 1: All enrollment packet materials due for families who applied in the Preschool, Pre‐K, Out-of-Boundary (OOB)
lottery and the High School Online Application.
- June 20: Deadline for Enrollment (all forms must be returned to your child’s school)
