BACKGROUND: Prince Charles, a longtime supporter of sustainable community agriculture, will tour Common Good City Farm. The urban farm and education center grows food for low-income DC residents and provides educational opportunities to help increase food security, improve health, and contribute to environmental sustainability. PLEASE NOTE: only members of the media previously credentialed by the British Embassy will be allowed inside the security perimeter. The Prince’s tour and the Mayor’s greeting will be visible, at a distance, to non-credentialed media.
