Fred Moosally

Fred Moosally was confirmed by the Council of the District of Columbia as the permanent ABRA Director in July 2009 after being selected by the ABC Board as Interim Director in January 2009.  Mr. Moosally previously served as the Agency's General Counsel for over seven years. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Moosally has been devoted to public service. As ABRA Director he is committed to outstanding customer service, strong enforcement of ABC laws, and technology innovations within the Agency. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from James Madison University in 1992, Mr. Moosally received his law degree from Catholic University in 1997. Mr. Moosally has been a resident of the District since 2002 and currently lives in Ward 3.
